Welcome to ReConnectEd to Life!

A few words about who we are...

We are residents of Smyrna, Georgia, deeply rooted in our community as parents and active volunteers.  We decided to launch ReConnectEd to Life because of our desire to help others live a more authentic life.Through reflecting on our life experiences, we came to learn what self-love is and why self-care is crucial to a healthy and fulfilling life.

ReConnectEd to Life is a forum for health and wellness.  Through The Four Seeds online events, ConnectEd Workshops, Self-Centered Women, ReConnect Retreats, Corporate Wellness programs, and coaching services, we educate and empower those within our community to create an interactive support network to help them thrive.

Each Sunday evening through our blog, we will share practical ideas and tools to plan for the week.  Knowing the impact of The Four Seeds of Self-Care: sleep, nutrition, exercise, and meditation, you will learn how essential it is to focus on strengthening your daily practice.  After all, what you practice grows stronger, and we’re practicing all the time, good habits or bad! We realize that life can easily distract us and make us think that other things are more important. However, remaining self-centered can help us navigate life more easily when things get messy!

Our ConnectEd Workshops are created to share knowledge and wisdom in a supportive environment and will cover a variety of topics about self-care.  We will help you discover ways to incorporate healthier habits into your daily routine.

If you are ready to make this your best year yet, then become a member of Self-Centered Women. This is a year-long inner journey to reclaim the life you intuitively know you are supposed to be living. We will gather once a month on a group call so you won’t be burdened with the inconvenience of having to leave the comfort of your home. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience an epic 2019 and beyond!

If you are feeling stressed and out of balance we invite you to take time for yourself with one of our quarterly ReConnect Retreats! You will enjoy a full day dedicated to YOU! The day is designed to experience the importance of self-care through intensive introspective and group activities. You will also gain greater clarity about how being self-centered will positively impact your relationships and community as a whole.

Our Corporate ConnectEd Workshops educate employees about the connection between The Four Seeds of Self-Care: Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise & Meditation. Your employees are individuals that bring different talents and strengths to your company. Likewise, there is no one size fits all prescription for wellness. We help your employees discover ways in which they can incorporate simple changes to their lifestyle with personalized, practical tools.  Once employees experience the personal benefits of reduced stress, increased energy, and a positive mindset, employee morale is boosted and employees are happier!

Our coaching services are meant to support and challenge you on many levels.  As we build a personal relationship, we will dive into the areas that have held you back and help you make an action plan to reach your goals.  What most people lack is an accountability partner to help them do the work that is necessary to break through their limiting belief systems. That’s where we come in. Think of us as your mental house cleaners!

We are excited to share our passion with the community!  We believe that we are all connected, and when we lift ourselves up, we can reach out a hand to lift up another!  If we can take care of our own needs first, we are free to keep our hearts open to better serve one another.

We hope that you will subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, participate in our events and tell a friend about us so that we can plant new seeds that will grow and branch out in all directions of our planet, creating a global family tree.

With love and gratitude, Kinda and Rachel
